The provocative artist Nobuyoshi Araki photographs obsessively, reportedly going through as many as 40 rolls of film a day as he documents his native Tokyo, a city that he rarely leaves. He is best known for his erotic, intimate images of women, but his work also encompasses such diverse subjects as sensual and elegant depictions of flowers, everyday street scenes, architectural photos and personal images of his wife Yoko.
